How It Works

THE JOURNEY

Nine steps, four kinds of user. Each step opens the real screen on sample data, so you can click through exactly what each person sees.

Start the tour

No company needed. The applicant enters their name, email and phone, confirms a one-time code and creates a password.

Nine short steps: account, bio data, education, work history, identity, guarantor, next of kin, photo and signature, then review and submit.

The Academy checks the profile and documents, then approves or sends it back with a reason.

The approved applicant picks the Basic Guarding course and pays the enrolment fee through the payment gateway.

Join the class on Google Meet and attendance is taken from the meeting report. Missed a class? Watch the recording to earn credit.

A system check, then a timed exam in full screen with the camera on. Every answer is saved as you go.

The exam is graded instantly. A pass issues a numbered certificate valid for two years.

The certificate is printed, sent to the State Command and collected. The applicant orders an ID card that carries a QR code.

An enforcement officer scans the card in the field and sees Valid, Expired or Not Found at once.
